DONATIONS

All things come of Thee, O Lord, and of Thine own have we given Thee.

Dear brothers and sisters,
We are deeply grateful for your participation in this year’s Lenten Appeal. At St. Dunstan’s, we will provide young men (grades 9-12, as well as a “gap year” vocational discernment program) an education in the classics, in agriculture, and in skilled trades — all rooted in the life of the Church. Thomas Fickley, a long-time parishioner at All Saints, Charlottesville, is the founder and Headmaster. I serve as the school’s Chaplain and Assistant Headmaster. Eventually, 60 boys and 10-12 families will live together on campus, praying the Daily Office and the Mass together, along with any who choose to make St. Dunstan’s Chapel their parish home. Our community will function as a traditional Anglican parish — one which will tithe back to the diocese and fully participate in the life of this province. St. Dunstan’s is a unique ministry of the Anglican Province of America. Together, we can shape the future of the Church. What a blessing it will be, year after year, to send out young men well-formed in our Anglican tradition and ready to contribute to their families, their communities, and their parishes. We hope you will join us in this good work! Together with an army of volunteers, we cut and raised the timber frame for our first all-purpose administrative building and classroom on our beautiful 176-acre campus in Roseland, Virginia this past fall. We are finishing that building through the generosity of parishes already contributing to our work. This Appeal will enable us to build our second structure — a bunkhouse for our first cohort of students. Please reach out if you have any questions about the school, my role in it, or how we will use these funds. My contact information is listed below — and we always love showing folks the campus in person! We ask for your prayers and thank you in advance for your generosity.
